I suggest booking a consultation session prior to booking your first 60 minute or 90 minute counselling session. During this time, I will introduce myself and talk about the types of counselling I offer. This is also a great time for you to get to know me, to see if I am a good fit for you and to ask any questions you may have.

Sessions are offered online and in person. On Thursday’s I offer in person counselling sessions in Vancouver at 175 East Broadway. On Tuesday’s I offer in person counselling sessions in South Surrey at 15388 24th Ave.

Free – 30 minute initial consultation
$155 – 60 minute session
$232.50 – 90 minute session
$200 - 75 minute Couples Session

The list of employers and insurance companies that cover counselling is growing. Each insurance policy is different and your plan may or may not cover counselling sessions.
I currently am not able to offer direct billing but will give you a receipt that can be used for reimbursement.

I am trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Counselling as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Counselling and Somatic Therapy and am a Certified Trauma Professional.

I offer Somatic Therapy for trauma and stress online and in person in South Surrey and Vancouver. Somatic Therapy is a body-based approach to addressing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. It is a holistic therapy.

Emotionally Focused Therapy aims to help identify & change patterns that may be keeping you stuck in painful emotions. It also helps to build trust in the wisdom of your emotional world and learn how interact differently with your emotions. EFT is used in both individual and couples sessions.

Yes. EFT is a core part of the practice, offered for both individuals and couples. In-person sessions are available in White Rock/South Surrey and Vancouver, with virtual sessions available across Canada.
