I understand that reaching out for counselling can be daunting.

As a trauma informed counsellor, I understand the effects trauma and stress can have on you.

I support those facing:

  • A major life event such as change in relationship (romantic or otherwise), moving, change of job or career

  • Struggles with the effects of trauma, anxiety or stress

  • Mental health challenges in the workplace or burn out

  • Difficulty identifying, processing and communicating the emotions you are feeling

    Emotionally Focused Therapy helps you recognize and shift patterns that may keep you stuck in painful emotions. It also fosters trust in your emotions and teaches you to engage with them in new, healthier ways.

    Somatic Therapy

My personal experience with counselling, along with my professional training, helps me create a counselling space that is person centered. I focus on the unique and overall wellness of each client.
